Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we want to make the process as convenient as possible for you. Please take a moment to review our return conditions outlined below:

  1. Right to Return: You have the right to return the goods within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period begins from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
  2. Initiating a Return: To initiate the return and refund process, kindly contact our Customer Service within 14 days upon receiving your item(s). Our team will guide you through the necessary steps. Please refrain from sending the goods back without prior consent, as this may result in the inability to process your refund. After the 14-day return period, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept the return.
  3. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be in its original condition, as per the return policy.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with the original tags still attached.
  • We cannot process returns for faulty items. If you received a faulty product, please contact our customer service for assistance.
  1. Return Address: If you would like to return one or all of the items in your order, kindly contact our customer service via the provided contact details to obtain the correct return address.

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Mis-shipped

Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will gladly issue a full refund, including shipping costs. To initiate the return process for such items, please contact our customer service team directly for assistance.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  1. Incorrect or Damaged Products: If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please notify our customer service immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fee.

For multiple item returns, we kindly request that you return all items together to take advantage of our Free Return policy. If you choose to return items individually, an additional shipping fee may apply.

  1. Returns for Personal Preference: If the product is in good condition but does not meet your personal preference and you wish to return it, the postage for the return needs to be borne by you.

Order Cancellations:

We understand that choosing a costume for special occasions is an important decision, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that all our costumes are in stock, and once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Kindly review our cancellation policy below:

  • Unpaid orders are automatically canceled.
  • If you cancel your order within 18 hours of payment, a full refund will be provided.
  • If the items have been packed within 24 hours but not yet shipped, a refund of 80% of the item price and the shipping fee will be issued.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Prior notification is required for all returns; products returned without our knowledge cannot be processed.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged returns. Please retain the receipt with tracking information.
  • Refunds for payments made through PayPal can only be processed via PayPal.
